Registration is required to make purchases on this site. From now on, it is agreed that the personal data provided in the electronic registration are true and proper, and that you will be responsible for all damages and/or losses that the false information may imply.


By accessing our virtual store, you undertake not to send, upload or transmit any material that contains codes or viruses, as well as not to use false identity and not to behave in a vulgar, inappropriate or offensive manner while using this service, under penalty of permanent removal of content considered inappropriate to the terms or immediate cancellation of the account, without prejudice to liability for any losses and damages caused.

Delivery will take place according to the payment option selected at the time of purchase, and will depend on confirmation of payment by the entity responsible for the payment method. Delivery time varies depending on several factors.


If our delivery man does not find anyone at the indicated location, he will make up to three attempts.

Confirm the measurements with the packaging of the purchased product, if it is compatible with the measurements of passage of the delivery address, for example passage through doors, gates, elevators, stairs and planned furniture.

If delivery does not take place and it is not possible to locate the address indicated, we will contact you through email and telephone contacts to confirm the address.

In the event of withdrawal before receiving the product, you must refuse the product at the time of delivery and inform us, as we will arrange the cancellation within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product in our store again.

If you receive the product and want to cancel the purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of the value of your order. The deadline for withdrawal of the purchase is 07 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product. The order will only be canceled if the product is without signs of use, accompanied by invoice, manual and all its accessories.


The order will be canceled after reviewing the product. The analysis will be carried out within 07 (seven) business days, counted from the receipt of the product in our store again.

Attention: Products customized or altered by the customer will only be exchanged if they are defective in the customization or product.  


If the product meets the above requirements, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit card: You will be asked to cancel the debit to your card administrator. If a debit has already occurred, the reversal of the paid installment(s) may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. We remind you that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.

Bank slip: the refund will be made through a deposit in the current account of the holder of the purchase, even CPF, within 10 (ten) business days.

The refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit Card: Your card issuer will be notified and the chargeback will occur in up to two subsequent invoices.

Bank slip or direct debit: the refund will be made by electronic transfer to the current account indicated by the buyer, within 10 working days. It is necessary that the CPF of the current account holder is the same that appears in the order (customer CPF).

In purchases in installments, the refund will follow the procedures of the financial agent involved.

In case of return, the refund of values will be processed only after receiving and reviewing the conditions of the product(s) in our store again.

The refund will be made for the total value of the returned/cancelled product, plus the shipping cost.

We disclaim responsibility for canceling or repairing any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.


Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy with the product or the quality of delivery, refuse and record the reason for the return on the back of the invoice. Do not sign any other documents.

Once communicated by the carrier about the return, our team will arrange a new order with the shipment of the product.

If you receive the merchandise and it shows any discrepancy, it must be without signs of use, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories so that it can be replaced by another product of the same type (model and brand). The deadline to contact our Customer Service Center is 07 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. The exchange or cancellation of the order will only be carried out after analyzing the product. The deadline for collecting the product, at the same delivery address, will be informed via email or telephone. The period for carrying out the exchange will depend on the availability of the same model of the product in our stock and will be informed via email or telephone. If the product is unavailable in our stock, it can be replaced by another similar product of the same value. However, if you do not want the similar product, you have the right to request the cancellation of the purchase.


The exchange request must be communicated to the customer within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. Within this period, the customer has the right to request an exchange, as long as it is accompanied by a technical report from one of the accredited technical assistance services and the product is free of signs of misuse, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories.

The deadline for collecting the product will be informed via email or telephone. The products will be analyzed by us and may be returned without prior consultation in the event of non-compliance with the criteria listed above or if no defect is found.

If the product purchased on our website is defective after 07 (seven) days from the date of receipt, but within the product warranty period, you must contact us to communicate the fact and obtain clarification.
